We felt a wee bit pressure when there was a pre auction offer that we thought was lower than we wanted to accept and were told this was probably where the market was for this property.
When we decided we wanted a better figure Kris did negotiate a far better pre auction offer for us which we were a lot happier with.
After that the service from him and Barry was excellent and pretty action packed with a lot of interested parties coming into the frame and a lot of work involved I imagine to bring everything together before the auction.
