Another good week in the Auction rooms by both companies.  9 weeks now of solid results.  The combined average over this period is 52%, and for Cooper & Co – 63%!

Barfoot* – 55% Clearance Rate (6/11)

No real change here, 1299 properties available on realestate.co.nz this morning.  Still low and no sign of the Spring influx just yet.
