With school holidays in full swing and Easter just behind us there isn’t a great deal to report on this week. Next week we will have the REINZ data for March and also an updated current inflation rate both of which will create a lot of discussion and plenty to talk about. For now, enjoy the holidays if you have kids, and for everybody else, I hope your enjoying a little less traffic on the roads!

The Short Story
Stock levels continue to decline while clearance rates on average are about the same, but the energy is better. Look out for more stock post school holidays, but based on what we are seeing, not a lot.
