After a comprehensive market update last week this one is short and sweet. We are about a month into the noticeable change in tune from the media and market commentators and this is slowly having an effect on buyer emotion. Every where you look the articles talk about the market turning, the bottom of the market, the top of interest rates, the immigration boom and slow down on new builds, The question is not if the market will rise again, but when, with predictions reigning from as early as post election, to the back end of Q1 next year.
Have a great weekend folks and stay dry!
