It’s been a big week for us, with four fantastic new properties going live, and the re-launch of 90 Castor Bay Road, which sold unconditionally 2 days later – a fantastic result thanks to some great team work, and a great strategy which paid off well.  Check out our new listings below.

Cooper & Co Auctions
The lumpy market continues with our clearance rate jumping back up to a strong 64.7% last week with 11 from 17 sold under the hammer.  Now when we combine our results with the in-room auction results from the only other big brand on the Shore we sit at 59.5% with 22 from 37 sold under the hammer, with a real mixture of exceptional, and ordinary results.
