What’s that big hole in the back garden? After speaking with a few agents/agencies, and honestly feeling like they weren’t really interested, we remembered the nice young man who sold us this “livable do-up” with a very old pool tucked away in the valley. I called Kris and once I said my name he remembered me! I didn’t even need to say the address. This was 4 years (and a LOT of house sales later!). I was pleasantly surprised and the following week, Kris and his delightful colleague, Mo came over. Well the pool was gone, in it’s place a hole. Pretty unattractive.
