We had a great weekend last week meeting nearly 100 groups out and about over the weekend, despite the horrible weather on Sunday! 18B Sealy Road in Torbay, a fantastic entry level first home option, had nearly 40 groups through and we drew up 9 offers as a result after being on the market for just 4 days. A great sign that the first home buyers are definitely back and they are buying.

A lot more of the same, volume and prices are still down, we are certainly seeing a little more activity and while listings are increasing the are still in short supply.

Listings & Stock Availability
New listings are increasing and stock levels are rising, but not by as much as the number below suggest. A large development was released this week of sections all under individual listings which has thrown the levels off. We have seen an increase in stock, but not 5% as suggested below.
